An exciting opportunity has arisen for an electrically qualified Foot Mobile Engineer to join a leading building services provider. This role involves covering a portfolio of prestigious commercial properties across London, delivering both planned preventative and reactive maintenance as part of a highly supportive mobile engineering team.

  • Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across multiple commercial sites
  • Support and maintain basic mechanical systems including pumps, belts, bearings, AHUs and FCUs
  • Liaise with subcontractors and maintain high standards of service delivery
  • Assist with permits to work, risk assessments, and site compliance procedures
  • Recognised Electrical Qualification (City & Guilds, NVQ Level 3, or equivalent)
  • Previous experience within a commercial building services environment
  • Basic mechanical knowledge / multi-skilled background beneficial
  • Monday to Friday, 8am – 5pm
