West London (Mobile Role)
£43,000 – £45,000 + Package

We are currently seeking a skilled Mobile Electrical Engineer to cover multiple commercial sites across West London. The successful candidate will be responsible for the electrical maintenance of plant systems in landlord areas, ensuring all systems are compliant, safe, and running efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carrying out planned and reactive electrical maintenance in commercial properties
  • Diagnosing and resolving electrical faults quickly and effectively
  • Conducting inspections, testing, and compliance checks
  • Emergency lighting testing and remedial
  • Working on motors, pumps, AHUs, FCUs, and three-phase power systems
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation
  • Delivering a high standard of customer service on-site
  • Collaborating with clients and colleagues to ensure excellent service delivery

Requirements:

  • Fully qualified in electrical engineering (NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds, or equivalent)
  • 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (essential)
  • Previous experience working on plant systems in commercial buildings (landlord areas)
  • Strong understanding of electrical systems and components
  • Good fault-finding skills and the ability to work independently
  • Valid UK driving licence (essential)
  • Ability to pass a DBS check (essential)
