Mobile Electrical Engineer Birmingham £43,000 – £45,000 We\’re working with a privately owned and highly respected building services company that\’s continuing to grow across the Midlands. Known for delivering first-class service and retaining strong client relationships, they are now seeking a skilled Mobile Electrical Engineer to support a portfolio of high-end residential developments across Birmingham, specifically focused on landlord areas only. This is a mobile role offering a great mix of autonomy, technical variety, and long-term stability within a supportive and expanding business. Key Responsibilities: Perform PPM\’s and reactive maintenance on electrical and associated mechanical plant Carry out electrical fault finding, repairs, and installations in line with safety and compliance standards Conduct routine tasks including emergency lighting checks, distribution board maintenance, and general upkeep of landlord electrical systems Diagnose and resolve electrical issues efficiently, minimising downtime and ensuring systems remain operational Ensure full compliance with current electrical regulations and site-specific Health & Safety requirements Manage availability of spare parts, providing parts lists and timescales for remedial works when needed Accurately log all work via computer-based maintenance systems, ensuring all tasks are recorded and closed out Complete and assess RAMS, job sheets, and service reports.
