Our client is looking to add a Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer to their team, to cover commercial sites within London/M25. As an Air Conditioning Engineer, you will carry out PPM and reactive maintenance on all HVAC / AC equipment on site, fault find / troubleshoot, update logbooks, and report any outstanding issues to the site manager.

To be successful for this role, you must be qualified in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning + F - gas, at least 3 years experience in commercial maintenance, live in commutable distance to Canary Wharf and possess a client facing attitude.

Air Conditioning Engineer Duties:
  • To deliver planned, preventative and reactive maintenance in line with the contract service delivery plan for Commercial HVAC equipment
  • Carry out A/C works including minor projects & refurbishment
  • Fault Find, investigate, troubleshoot and rectify defects in all A/C units & systems and any associated plant / components
  • Single / Multi splits, VAVs, VRVs, VRFs, Close Control, DX Units, CRAC units
  • Replacing compressors, condensers, regassing, brazing, soldering etc
  • Dealing with subcontractors where necessary
  • Ensure all statutory documentation is completed and kept up to date at all times
Air Conditioning Engineer Requirements:
  • City and Guilds (Or Equivalent) in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning
  • F Gas / 2079 Safe Handling Refrigeration
  • At least 3 years experience as a commercial Air Conditioning Engineer
  • Have a full UK Driving license under 6 points
Salary and Package:
  • £50,000 per annum
