An exciting opportunity for a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join a highly reputable maintenance provider in Mayfair, in the West End of London. The privately owned company is a well-established hard FM provider who have been a recognised name in the industry for over 30 years.
The mechanically qualified engineer will be part of a maintenance team of 4 undertaking the Landlord and tenant planned and reactive maintenance, remedial works and emergency response on site. Working Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm, the role will be covering commercial and high-end residential properties that are located all next to each other in Mayfair.
With a current business plan to expand, this is a great time to join the business with new contract awards offering all the opportunities for training and development to the successful engineer.
Duties:- PPM (Planned preventative maintenance) & Reactive maintenance
- AHUs, FCUs
- Pumps - Bearings, Mechanical Seals
- Sprinkler Systems
- Water Treatment (Tap Tests, Dosing, Cooling Tower Checks, etc.)
- Tap Temperatures
- TMVs
- Valves
- Chilled Water Systems
- Plumbing
- Generators
- Pressurisation units
- BMS Operation
- Statutory Compliance
- Mechanical qualification (City & Guilds in Mechanical Engineering, Plumbing, Air Conditioning or any other relevant qualification)
- Apprentice trained - desirable
- Building Services Maintenance experience
