Mechanical Improver
Algate, City of London
£30,000 – £35,000
Fantastic opportunity for a Mechanical Improver to join our client\’s team in Algate! You\’ll be trained up on commercial mechanical systems, be part of a tight knit team, provided on going training and the opportunities to progress internally.
For this Mechanical Improver role, you will be responsible for plumbing and water treatment based maintenance (PPM and reactive) and assist with the M&E maintenance teams
Mechanical Imrpover Duties:
- Toilet and sink repairs
- Unblocking of toilets
- Water hygiene maintenance and routine inspections
- Inspection and repair of pipework
- Small-scale installation tasks
- Assist the M&E Maintenance team
- Water treatment tasks
- General building maintenance duties
- Liaise with subcontractors
Mechanical Improver Requirements:
- Qualified in Plumbing and Heating (Level 2 minimum)
- At least 1 year experience within a similar role
- Live within commutable distance to site
- Client facing attitude
Salary and Package:
- £30,000 – £35,000 per annum
- Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm
- 25 days annual leave + Bank holidays
- Company pension scheme
