This is a great opportunity for a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join a leading building services provider on one of their high-profile commercial contracts in Canary Wharf. The company is a well-established maintenance provider who likes to progress their engineers' careers with all the opportunities of training and development.

Based on a commercial building, the mechanically qualified engineer will be working Monday to Friday. You will be part of a large maintenance team undertaking the planned and reactive maintenance, remedial works and emergency response on site.

Duties:
  • PPM (Planned preventative maintenance) & Reactive maintenance
  • AHUs
  • FCUs
  • Pumps - Bearings, Mechanical Seals
  • Sprinkler Systems
  • Water Treatment (Tap Tests, Dosing, Cooling Tower Checks, etc.)
  • Tap Temperatures
  • Chilled Water Systems
  • Plumbing
  • Generators
  • Pressurisation units
  • BMS Operation
Requirements:
  • Mechanically qualified to City & Guilds Level 2 or NVQ (or equivalent)
  • Apprentice trained - desirable
  • Building Services Maintenance experience
  • Very Client facing
