This is a fantastic opportunity for a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join a large privately owned Building Service Maintenance provider. Our client is looking for an experienced, capable and motivated engineer to join their team on a large commercial property in Watford, covering PPM and reactive maintenance on a Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm shift pattern. Duties:

  • PPM (Planned preventative maintenance) & Reactive maintenance
  • AHUs, FCUs, Pumps, Water Treatment, Cooling Towers, Tap Temperatures, Chilled Water Systems, Plumbing, Generators, Pressurisation units, BMS Operation and Motors
  • Communicate with the client regularly
  • Follow statutory compliance
  • Complete and update RAMS, H&S and any other relevant documentations

Requirements:

  • Mechanically qualified (City and Guilds or NVQ)
  • 3 years prior in Building Service Maintenance
  • Great communication skills
  • Self motivated

Salary and Package:

  • Up to £50,000 per annum
  • Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm
  • Company pension scheme
  • 25 days annual leave + Bank holidays
  • Overtime available
