Key

Responsibilities Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) across commercial properties. Undertaking general building services maintenance. Requirements Electrical or Mechanical qualification (City & Guilds, NVQ, Apprenticeship or equivalent). Previous experience within commercial building maintenance.

Full UK Driving Licence.

Company van provided.1 in 6 call-out rota.£Overtime opportunities available.
