Lead Mobile Engineer King's Cross £50,000 An exciting opportunity for a Lead Mobile Engineer to provide M&E maintenance to commercial buildings in the Kings Cross area. Lead Mobile Engineer Responsibilities: Managing planned preventative maintenance (PPMs) and reactive maintenance tasks. Maintaining electrical and mechanical systems, including motors, pumps, AHUs, FCUs, VAVs, fire alarms, emergency lighting, and BMS operation. Ensuring all corrective/repair works meet safety regulations and compliance standards. Coordinating with subcontractors and ensuring works are completed to a high standard. Completing reports, logbooks, RAMS, and permits to work. Liaising with tenants and client representatives regarding maintenance issues. Supporting the wider building services team as required. Lead Mobile Engineer Requirements: City & Guilds / NVQ (or equivalent) qualification in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering. Proven experience in building services maintenance. Experience supervising and leading a small engineering team. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritise maintenance tasks. Professional, personable, and career-driven.
