Engineering Supervisor We are currently recruiting for an Engineering Supervisor to join a leading building maintenance provider on a prestigious commercial site based in Northampton. This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly respected maintenance company that offers clear career progression, ongoing technical development, and HVAP training for the right candidate. The successful candidate will have a strong electrical background and hold relevant electrical qualifications. You will supervise a team of engineers and ensure the efficient delivery of planned and reactive maintenance across the site. Excellent communication skills and a professional approach are essential, as the role will involve regular interaction with the client and senior management team. Supervising a team of maintenance engineers on site Carrying out and overseeing PPMs and reactive maintenance Fire Alarm Testing CRAC Units Organising and managing subcontractors Keeping the Account Manager updated on site activity and progress City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Electrical Installations Electrically biased with strong building services maintenance experience Knowledge of commercial building maintenance systems Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm ~ HVAP Training Provided ~25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays ~ Pension Scheme ~ Overtime Available ~ On-site Parking ~ Ongoing Training & Development ~ Excellent Internal Progression Opportunities
