We are currently recruiting for an Engineering Supervisor to join a leading building maintenance provider on a prestigious commercial site based in Northampton. This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly respected maintenance company that offers clear career progression, ongoing technical development, and HVAP training for the right candidate.
The successful candidate will have a strong electrical background and hold relevant electrical qualifications. You will supervise a team of engineers and ensure the efficient delivery of planned and reactive maintenance across the site. Excellent communication skills and a professional approach are essential, as the role will involve regular interaction with the client and senior management team.
- Supervising a team of maintenance engineers on site
- Carrying out and overseeing PPMs and reactive maintenance
- Fire Alarm Testing
- CRAC Units
- Organising and managing subcontractors
- Keeping the Account Manager updated on site activity and progress
Requirements:
- City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Electrical Installations
- Electrically biased with strong building services maintenance experience
- Knowledge of commercial building maintenance systems
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
