A leading building services provider is looking for an AC Engineer to join their maintenance team on a mobile basis looking after commercial buildings in the Kent & South East London areas.
Our client offers:
- One Hour Travel paid - Work 8 hours and get paid for 10 (Up to extra £5k per year!)
Working as an AC engineer you'll be responsible for planned and reactive maintenance of the landlord plant, ensuring the site's HVAC and mechanical systems operate efficiently.
The role:
- To deliver planned, preventative and reactive maintenance in line with the contract service delivery plan for Commercial HVAC equipment
- Carry out A/C works including minor projects & refurbishment
- Fault Find, investigate, troubleshoot and rectify defects in all A/C units & systems and any associated plant/components
- Single/Multi splits, VAVs, VRVs, VRFs, Close Control, DX Units, CRAC units
- Replacing compressors, condensers, regassing, brazing, soldering etc
- Dealing with subcontractors where necessary
- Ensure all statutory documentation is completed and kept up to date at all times
Package & Benefits:
