Maintenance Supervisor City of London £55,000 – £58,000 This is a great opportunity for a Maintenance Supervisor to join a privately owned and highly reputable building services organisation on one of their high-profile contracts in the City of London. As a maintenance provider, who continues to be successful in the market, the company offers a great place to work, giving all the support and training required to help their engineers in their roles. The role will be managing a commercial site alongside another engineer, working day’s, 8-5, Monday to Friday. Day to day you will be covering planned and reactive maintenance to all the electrical, mechanical and HVAC systems, while being responsible for log books, supervising contractors and other relevant paperwork.
