Maintenance PlumberCumbria£33,000 - £36,000We are currently recruiting for a skilled Maintenance Plumber to join a large building services provider, covering a portfolio of commercial properties in and around the Cumbria area. This is a great opportunity to join a stable contract with long-term prospects and a supportive team environment.Key Duties:Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on plumbing systemsAttending reactive call-outs across multiple commercial sitesFault finding and repairing pipework, toilets, taps, and general water systemsBasic maintenance on heating systems (desirable but not essential)Ensuring all work is completed in line with health & safety standardsProviding excellent service to clients and site contactsRequirements:NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing (or equivalent)Proven experience in commercial maintenance environmentsStrong fault-finding and problem-solving skillsFull UK driving licenceGood communication and customer-facing skillsPackage:£33,000 - £36,000 salaryMonday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PMCompany van & fuel card providedOvertime opportunities availableCompany pensionOngoing training and developmentIf you're a reliable Maintenance Plumber looking for a new role with a solid package and consistent work across well-maintained commercial sites, apply today to find out more.TPBN1_UKTJ
