Looking for a foot mobile position based in Central London, this is the role for you. Our clients are on the hunt for a mechanical or electrical bias to work on some prestigious sites across the City of London. The maintenance company is looking for engineers who want to grow with the company and really make a difference. In this role, you will be completing a mixture of planned and reactive maintenance tasks working on the landlord parts of the building only.

Duties:
  • PPMs & Reactive maintenance
  • Single and Three Phase Power, Lighting, Emergency Lighting, Distribution Boards, Generators, Fire Alarm Tests, AHUs, FCUs, Air Conditioning, Sprinkler Systems, Motors, Pumps, Belts, BMS Operation
  • Health & Safety Logbooks
Requirements:
  • City & Guilds / NVQ (or equivalent) qualification in Electrical Installations
  • Career driven and motivated

Salary and Benefits:
  • £43,000 - £45,000 per annum
  • Zones 1 & 2 Travel card
