Facilities Coordinator Reading / High Wycombe £30,000 – £32,000 This is a great opportunity for a Facilities Coordinator to work for a reputable business within their Facilities Management division based in their office between Reading and High Wycombe. The company is continuing to grow, having recently been awarded new contracts, and provides employees with opportunities to grow and develop within the business. The Coordinator will assist in managing a portfolio of 20+ tenanted properties across London, providing support in overseeing property and facilities maintenance, ensuring effective delivery of services. Duties: Support Property and Facilities Management Helpdesk Service Relationship Management Health and Safety Compliance Maintenance Coordination Contract Management Document Management Financial Management Experience / Qualifications: 2+ years’ experience within Facility or property management (essential) Previous helpdesk experience Facilities management experience Knowledge of working with FM CAFM system (essential) IWFM (desirable) IOSH / NEBOSH (desirable) Salary and Benefits: Monday to Friday 37.5 hour week £30,000 – £32,000 25 days annual leave + bank holidays Pension Training Progression opportunities #J-18808-Ljbffr
