An exciting opportunity for a Shift Leader to work for a leading FM service provider in a critical environment by Blackfriars bridge. Working for a highly esteemed maintenance provider on a renowned contract, the Shift Leader will work a 4on 4off shift pattern, carrying out all the planned and reactive maintenance within a critical environment.
The Electrically biased leader will hold a proven career history within building services maintenance, with the ability to lead a team to successfully deliver contractually required levels of service delivery.
Duties:- Completing logbooks and RAMS Reports
- Attending client meetings
- Liaising with client representatives in respect of corrective repair works
- Permits to work
- Raise and close jobs on PDA's as necessary
- Endorse safe working practices, quality standards conformity and best practice methods
- Carry out isolation of plant and systems in accordance with safety requirements
- Ensure corrective/repair works are carried out in accordance with regulations
- Carry out and manage planned preventative maintenance across HV and LV systems, UPS, Generators, associated plant and equipment, HVAC cooling/heating systems covering CRAC units
- Monitor BMS and other systems for running and alarm conditions
- City & Guilds Electrical Installations Level 3 / NVQ or equivalent qualification and 18th Edition
