Electrical Engineer White City, Hammersmith £45,000 – £48,000
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Electrical Engineer to join a leading FM service provider, working on a brand-new, prestigious site in White City. This is a permanent, full-time position working Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm, responsible for both planned and reactive maintenance across high-end commercial office landlord areas.
You\’ll be joining a team of three engineers, so being able to work independently as well as part of a close-knit team is essential. As this is a client-facing position, professionalism, strong communication, and a proactive attitude are key.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance) and reactive maintenance Perform electrical fault-finding and repairs Work with single and three-phase power systems Maintain emergency lighting, fire alarms, and HVAC systems Service and inspect pumps, motors, and AC units Conduct water treatment tasks, including tap temperatures, flushing, filters, and belts Support general building services maintenance Undertake HV switching operations (where qualified) Requirements:
Recognised Electrical Qualification (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent minimum) Proven experience within building services or facilities maintenance HV switching experience (in-date ticket desirable) Strong communication and client-facing skills Self-motivated, professional, and team-oriented Positive and personable attitude Salary & Benefits
