We\’re delighted to present an excellent opportunity for an experienced Electrical Engineer to join a well-established and highly respected building services provider, based in Farnborough. This is an outstanding role for an engineer seeking to become part of a stable, professional maintenance team that offers clear pathways for career development and to gain exposure to a data centre!

In this position, you\’ll be responsible for delivering both Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) and Reactive Maintenance across a variety of electrical and mechanical systems. You\’ll play a key role in ensuring all equipment and building systems operate efficiently, safely, and in full compliance with current regulations.

Electrical Engineer Duties:

Perform scheduled PPM and respond to reactive maintenance requests
Work on Single & Three Phase Power systems, Motors, Emergency Lighting, Fire Alarms, Pumps, and BMS
Safely isolate and reinstate plant equipment as required
Ensure all repairs and maintenance meet regulatory standards
Maintain accurate site records, including RAMS and logbooks
Operate and manage jobs through the PDA system
Act as a point of contact for client queries on-site
Promote safe working practices at all times

Electrical Engineer Requirements:

Electrically qualified (City & Guilds, NVQ, EAL or equivalent)
Live within commutable distance to site
At least 3 years experience as an Electrical Engineer within commercial building services
Knowledge / experience with critical systems – desirable
Excellent electrical knowledge

Salary and Package:

£40,000 – £45,000 per annum
Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm
25 days annual leave
Company pension scheme
Exposure to a critical site
On-going training
