We are looking for a skilled Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join a busy multi-trade team on a four-floor site in Edinburgh. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills, gain experience across different maintenance disciplines, and progress within the role.
Key Duties:
- Carry out general mechanical and fabric maintenance across office and manufacturing areas.
- Complete Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPMs) and reactive maintenance tasks.
- Work on plant and equipment including pumps, compressors, chillers, boilers, air handling units, and general HVAC systems.
- Collaborate with a team of 8 engineers across multiple trades.
- Operate safely in both office and manufacturing areas.
- Contribute to upskilling and development opportunities within the team.
Requirements:
- Mechanical or Building Services qualifications are essential.
- Experience with mechanical maintenance, PPMs, and reactive tasks.
- Security checks required: BPSS.
- Willingness to work early and late shifts.
Working Hours & Package:
- Monday - Friday - Times Below
- Early Shift: 07:00-15:30 Mon-Thu; 07:00-15:00 Fri
- Late Shift: 14:00-21:30 Mon-Thu; 14:00-21:00 Fri
- On-call 1 in 5 (Β£150/week)
- 25 Days annual leave + Bank Holidays
- Parking and canteen facilities on site
