We are looking for a skilled Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join a busy multi-trade team on a four-floor site in Edinburgh. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills, gain experience across different maintenance disciplines, and progress within the role.

Key Duties:

  • Carry out general mechanical and fabric maintenance across office and manufacturing areas.
  • Complete Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPMs) and reactive maintenance tasks.
  • Work on plant and equipment including pumps, compressors, chillers, boilers, air handling units, and general HVAC systems.
  • Collaborate with a team of 8 engineers across multiple trades.
  • Operate safely in both office and manufacturing areas.
  • Contribute to upskilling and development opportunities within the team.

Requirements:

  • Mechanical or Building Services qualifications are essential.
  • Experience with mechanical maintenance, PPMs, and reactive tasks.
  • Security checks required: BPSS.
  • Willingness to work early and late shifts.

Working Hours & Package:

  • Monday - Friday - Times Below
  • Early Shift: 07:00-15:30 Mon-Thu; 07:00-15:00 Fri
  • Late Shift: 14:00-21:30 Mon-Thu; 14:00-21:00 Fri
  • On-call 1 in 5 (Β£150/week)
  • 25 Days annual leave + Bank Holidays
  • Parking and canteen facilities on site
