This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Engineering Supervisor looking to avoid the hassle of commuting to Central London, this role provides a great salary, High Voltage training, internal progression and valuable experience.
This role will consist of undergoing PPM and Reactive maintenance on Electrical and Mechanical equipment on site, oversee the work of another shift engineer, liaise with subcontractors and strengthen relations with the client.
The hours for this role are Monday
– Friday 8am
– 5pm The successful candidate will be fully qualified in electrical installations, (City and Guilds / NVQ or equivalent) with at least 5 years prior experience in ideally a critical or commercial maintenance and a client facing attitude.
Duties: Leading a team of engineers PPMs & Reactive maintenance Single and Three Phase Power, Motors, Generators (on/off load tests), UPS, LV/HV switching, Shutdowns, Emergency Lighting, Fire Alarm Test, AHUs, FCUs, VAVs, CRAC units, Sprinkler Systems, Pumps BMS Operation Organising subcontractors Quotations Health & Safety Logbooks Risk assessments Permits to work Requirements: City & Guilds / NVQ (or equivalent) qualification in Electrical Installations At least 5 years prior experience in commercial maintenance Experience in High Voltage switching / scheduling
