We have a brilliant opportunity for an Electrical bias Maintenance Manager to work for a well-renowned building service provider to manage the PPM and reactive maintenance on a high-end commercial site within the City of London. This is an excellent opportunity to work for a privately owned M&E company who continue to be successful within the market.

For this role, you will be managing all mechanical and electrical works on site, allocating works, providing technical support, booking in contractors, overseeing logbooks, RAMs, Permits, reporting into the Account Manager, and ensuring the site is run to the best of its capability.

To be successful in this Maintenance Manager role, you must be fully qualified in Electrical Installations / Engineering (Level 3 minimum, C&G/EAL/NVQ or higher), have experience managing teams, client management experience, and at least 5 years' experience working within commercial property maintenance.

Maintenance Manager Duties:
  • Build strong client relationships and serve as the main point of contact.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure the effective delivery of services.
  • Monitor project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and cost-saving measures.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Resolve any issues or disputes that may arise.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to senior management.
  • Log Books RAMS Managing Contractors Quotations.
Maintenance Manager Requirements:
  • Fully qualified in Electrical Installations / Engineering (Level 3 minimum, C&G/EAL/NVQ or higher).
  • At least 5 years' experience in commercial property maintenance.
  • Management experience.
  • Strong M&E knowledge.
Salary and Package:
  • £55,000 - £60,000 per annum.
  • Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm.
  • 25 days annual leave + Bank holidays.
  • Private health care.
  • Overtime on site.
  • Internal progression.
  • Additional training.
