Our client is looking for an experienced, dedicated and self-motivated Electrical Shift Lead Engineer to join their team on one of their prestigious contracts. We are currently looking for an experienced electrical maintenance engineer who has worked in building service maintenance to cover the PPM, reactive and remedial maintenance on a commercial property, undergoing plant room maintenance. In exchange, the successful candidate will receive valuable experience, additional training and the opportunity for internal progression. The role will undergo day shifts (12 hour shifts) on a continental shift.
Responsibilities:
- PPM (Planned Preventive Maintenance) and Reactive Maintenance
- Electrical fault finding
- Single and three phase motors
- Fire alarm, Emergency lighting and Sprinkler testing
- Pumps and Motors
- Tap temperatures
- Flushing
- Electrical Installations
- General Building Service Duties
Requirements:
- City and Guilds / NVQ Level 3 qualification in electrical engineering (or equivalent)
- At least 3 years prior in Building Service Maintenance
- Self-motivated
- Great communication skills
- Client facing
- Statutory compliance
Salary and Benefits:
- £50,000 per annum
- Continental Shift 07:00-19:00 4 on 4 off
