We have a fantastic role for an Electrical Maintenance Supervisor to join our client on a high-end site based in Liverpool Street! This is a great role if you are looking to progress further in your career, join a well-established building service provider and receive all the opportunities to progress internally!
As an Electrical Maintenance Supervisor, you will ensure all relevant works are carried out on electrical and mechanical systems (PPM and reactive maintenance), liaise and book in contractors, troubleshoot/fault find on systems, liaise with the client and respond to their needs.
As an Electrical Maintenance Supervisor, you must be fully qualified in Electrical Installations/Engineering (C&G/EAL/NVQ or equivalent), have at least 5 years experience working within commercial maintenance, and possess a good understanding of commercial M&E systems.
Electrical Maintenance Supervisor Duties:- PPMs & Reactive maintenance
- Single and Three Phase Power, Motors, Generators (on/off load tests), UPS, LV/HV switching, Shutdowns, Switchgear, Motors, Emergency Lighting, Fire Alarm Test, AHUs, FCUs, VAVs, CRAC units, Sprinkler Systems, Pumps, Belts, Bearings, Seals, BMS Operation
- Carry out isolation of plant and systems in accordance with safety requirements.
- Ensure corrective/repair works are carried out in accordance with regulations.
- Endorse safe working practices, quality standards conformity and best practice methods.
- Organising subcontractors
- Completing logbooks and RAMS Reports
- Conducting client meetings
- Ensuring the account manager is kept up to date on a regular basis
- Liaising with client representatives in respect of corrective repair works.
- Permits to work
- Raise and close jobs on PDAs as necessary.
- City & Guilds / NVQ (or equivalent) qualification in Electrical Installations / Engineering
