We are looking for an experienced Multi-Skilled Mobile Maintenance Engineer to carry out planned preventative maintenance and reactive repairs across a varied portfolio of commercial properties.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across commercial sites.
- Diagnose and repair faults on mechanical and electrical building services.
- Maintain HVAC equipment, including AHUs, FCUs, VRV/VRF systems, pumps, and motors.
- Carry out basic plumbing works, including TMV maintenance, tap replacements, and pipework repairs.
- Complete emergency lighting and fire alarm checks.
- Perform basic water hygiene and L8 compliance tasks where required.
- Undertake general building fabric maintenance.
- Complete maintenance reports and ensure all work is carried out safely and to a high standard.
Requirements
- City & Guilds, NVQ, or equivalent qualification in Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing, or Air Conditioning.
- Previous experience in commercial building services maintenance.
- Good fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and customer-facing ability.
- Full UK driving licence.
