The opportunity
Due to continued growth and success, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Account Handler to join our dynamic team. Reporting to the Branch Broking Director. The Commercial Account Handler will be based in our Bromley office.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing policies ranging from small liabilities to large courier companies
- Working closely with branch Account Executives and Broker Director assisting with day-to-day tasks
- Providing dedicated and high-standard customer service to a portfolio of key clients
- Handling general administration tasks for Account Executives and Broker Director in relation to renewals and new business
- Ensuring quality control and maintaining high standards of customer service
- Checking and issuing documentation to clients in a timely and accurate manner
- Building and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients
What weβre looking for
To be successful in this role, you must have the following skills.
- Ideally from a Commercial Insurance background with fleet experience
- Committed to building strong Client and Insurer relationships.
- Confident meeting and speaking with clients and third parties
