Full-Time Physiotherapist

If you are ambitious, warm, and a dedicated Physiotherapist with at least 3 years post-qualifying MSK experience, we want you to join our private practice in Hamilton. This is a role designed for someone who wants to actually treat patients, not just manage a waitlist.

  • Salary: Starting from £35,000 per annum (negotiable on experience).
  • Hours: 37 hours per week (33 clinical / 4 dedicated admin).

We strive to help individuals successfully return to the activities they value most, whether that is swinging a golf club comfortably, enjoying retirement holidays, or playing with their grandchildren. Achieving this requires a practitioner who values human connection.

Empathetic Support: Rehabilitation can be a challenging process. You will be committed to providing the compassionate, ongoing emotional support necessary for patients to adhere to and complete their programmes.

Refined Communication Skills: Exploring a patient's true goals often requires them to share personal vulnerabilities. You must possess the interpersonal skills necessary to foster genuine trust, create a secure environment, and navigate sensitive conversations with warmth and professionalism.

Private Healthcare Practice: As a premium private healthcare provider, we are proud of the exceptional value and outcomes we deliver. Because our approach requires an investment of time and resources from our patients, we require a practitioner who is comfortable with the commercial aspects of private practice. You should be open, confident, and highly professional when discussing treatment plans and the associated financial investments with patients, ensuring transparency and clarity at all times.

Who You Are:

  • Experience: 3 years of post-qualifying MSK experience and looking to transition into a high-performance private environment.
  • Growth Mindset: Eager to receive 1-on-1 mentoring from our Clinical Director and be part of a small, focused team where your voice is heard.
  • Independence: Fully supported, you are ready to take ownership of your diary and manage an MSK caseload with confidence.
  • HCPC Registered, CSP Member

To Apply: Please send your CV and a brief cover letter outlining your approach to patient care to apply@hamilton-physiotherapy.co.uk. (No application will be considered without a cover letter and CV, and it must be sent to the above email).
