Mobile Cleaning Supervisor – immediate start available – MUST have a full driving licence and be able to drive a van
We are recruiting on behalf of our client who is looking for a temporary cleaning supervisor covering the Cheshire Region. The role will involve:
- Supervision of all cleaning staff, focusing on performance in terms of standards of cleanliness and behaviour while on duty.
- Ensuring a first‑class cleaning service is delivered to all areas of the building.
- Reviewing work schedules.
- Submitting orders for additional supplies to the Group Supervisor when required.
- Communicating any issues arising within the department to the Group Supervisor.
- Monitoring all cleaning activities.
- Assisting with the daily cleaning tasks.
- Ensuring that all premises are maintained to the highest standard of hygiene, health, safety, and presentation, checking each night to confirm standards and instructing staff as necessary.
- Reporting to the Line Manager any maintenance issues that may arise.
- Working under pressure, problem‑solving, and using initiative when necessary.
There will be a requirement to travel across work locations to support the cleaning teams.
