Staffing Manager, London circa £35k + bonus\\n\\nLooking to come out of the kitchen but still be involved in Catering? We have an amazing opportunity for someone with a strong chef background to manage staffing requests and build relationships with sites.\\n\\nWhat it involves:\\n* ORGANISATION! – managing email requests, scheduling and confirming bookings \\n* Liaising with sites, managers and staff with clear communication and direction\\n* Supporting with interviews and ensuring staffing levels are maintained\\n\\nWorking hours are Monday to Friday, 40 hrs per week\\n\\nWhat we are looking for:\\n* Exceptional organization, time management and communication skills\\n* Ideally a chefs background within B&I, contract catering or similar\\n* A people person – able to communicate with a variety of people on all levels in a professional manner\\n* Strong admin and computer literacy \\n* A positive attitude with the ability to work under pressure and remain calm\\n\\nBenefits include bonus, incentives and Zone 1 & 2 travel card\\n\\nInterested and keen to get out of the kitchen?
