We're looking for a talented Sous Chef to join a well-established, close-knit kitchen team at a prestigious site in EN10. This is a full-time, permanent role offering a great opportunity for a methodical, calm, and team-oriented individual to step into a key leadership position.
As a Sous Chef, you'll be the right hand to the Head Chef and support two other chefs in delivering high-quality service, from daily operations to busy event days (with covers ranging from 85 to 300). The kitchen operates 7:30am - 6:00pm, with occasional evening functions.
