We're looking for an Chef Recruiter to join our temp division, specialising in the sourcing culinary roles across Sussex, Surrey and Kent. You'll be responsible for building on our existing chef business, developing client relationships and supplying quality chefs across the south east. Knowing Chefs is crucial - this role would suit a chef looking for a change of direction after working in professional kitchens. What you'll be doing: Building and managing a temp chef recruitment desk Winning new clients and growing existing accounts Recruiting chefs from Commis through to Head Chef level Managing bookings and shift fulfilment Building a strong, reliable chef worker pool Developing long-term client and candidate relationships What we're looking for: Recruitment experience ideal but not essential Experience working in professional kitchens Commercially driven with strong business development skills Confident, relationship-led and target focused Comfortable in a fast-paced temp environment What's on offer: £30k-£38k salary, depending on experience Uncapped bonus with no threshold Established hospitality recruitment brand and client base Opportunity to own and grow the contract catering chef market Supportive leadership and genuine autonomy If you're an aspiring recruiter looking for a career within hospitality and catering recruitment, we'd love to hear from you.
