Pastry Chefs wanted for regular temporary work across London Hamilton Mayday are currently looking for experienced Pastry Chefs to join our temporary team, with opportunities available across hotels, event companies, contract caterers, and other high-quality hospitality venues. We work with a wide range of established hospitality businesses across London, giving our chefs access to regular shifts, ongoing assignments, and flexible temporary work to suit their availability. You'll be producing high-quality pastries, desserts and baked goods for daily service, hospitality, and events, so strong pastry skills and good attention to detail are essential. What We Offer From £18 per hour, depending on experience Monday to Friday (as with hotels weekend shifts will also be on offer) Mainly daytime shifts, with starts from around 7:00am Regular temporary work available Central London location Occasional evening events and functions throughout the year Work within professional, high-quality kitchen environments We're Looking For Previous experience working as a Pastry Chef Experience within hotels, events, contract catering, fine dining, or high-volume hospitality Strong pastry and baking skills Good attention to detail and high standards of presentation Reliable, professional, and able to work well as part of a team Flexible approach to working hours when supporting events Food Hygiene Certificate Right to work in the UK Why Join Hamilton Mayday?
