Role Highlights:

  • Prepare and present high-standard dishes
  • Maintain food hygiene, allergen, and safety standards
  • Lead a section during service
  • Assist with menu planning and event catering
  • Supervise, train, and develop team members
  • Support procurement, stock control, and admin tasks
  • Participate in training and promote sustainability

Ideal Candidate:

  • NVQ Level 3 in Cookery or equivalent, or relevant experience
  • Experience in high-standard catering environments
  • Strong communication, organisation, and time management skills
  • Passion for seasonal, sustainable produce
  • Flexibility to work evenings and 16 Saturdays per year

Details:

  • 40 hours/week, split shifts, including evenings and weekends
