Are you a talented Sous Chef looking for an exciting role beyond the traditional restaurant kitchen? We're recruiting on behalf of a leading London events and catering company for an experienced Sous Chef to join their dynamic culinary team. Based at their Central Production Kitchen in East London, you'll play a key role in producing exceptional food before taking your skills on-site to deliver outstanding service at some of London's most prestigious venues. This is a fantastic opportunity for a chef who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys the variety that comes with high-end events and luxury catering.

The Role:

  • Work from the East London Central Production Kitchen preparing food to the highest standards.
  • Travel to prestigious venues across London to oversee and finish service for events.
  • Support the Head Chef in the day-to-day running of the kitchen.
  • Lead and motivate junior chefs while maintaining exceptional food quality.
  • Ensure food safety, hygiene and presentation standards are consistently met.
  • Deliver first-class food for weddings, corporate events, private functions and luxury hospitality.

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience as a Sous Chef in an events, catering or high-volume hospitality environment.
  • Events and catering experience is highly desirable.
  • A passion for producing exceptional food and delivering memorable guest experiences.
  • Flexibility to work weekends, evenings and event schedules.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to perform under pressure.
  • A positive attitude and excellent team leadership skills.
