Senior Event Operations Manager Location: London Salary: £45,000-£50,000 depending on experience + overtime Contract: Permanent, 45 hours per week We are recruiting for an experienced Senior Event Operations Manager to join a high-end events business delivering exceptional events across some of London's most prestigious venues. This is a hands-on, client-facing role where you will take responsibility for the successful operational delivery of events, working closely with clients, venues, Sales and Events teams. Key responsibilities: - Lead the operational planning and delivery of events from start to finish. - Manage and brief FOH teams for small to large-scale events. - Attend site visits and tastings with clients and the Sales team. - Oversee event service and ensure consistently high standards. - Build strong relationships with key clients and venue partners. - Ensure all relevant health & safety and event documentation is in place. - Support the recruitment, training and development of FOH staff. - Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient event delivery. The ideal candidate: - Previous experience in a senior events operations role. - Strong experience managing high-end or large-scale events. - Excellent client-facing and communication skills. - Confident leading and motivating teams. - Highly organised with excellent attention to detail. - Able to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment. - Passionate about delivering exceptional service and memorable events.
