We are seeking talented and reliable Chef de Partie professionals to join a busy hospitality and catering team. This is an excellent temp-to-perm opportunity, offering the chance to secure a permanent position following a successful temporary assignment.
What You'll Be Doing:
? Preparing and cooking high-quality dishes to consistently high standards.
? Managing your own kitchen section and ensuring smooth service delivery.
? Working closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef on menu preparation and food presentation.
? Maintaining excellent food safety, hygiene and allergen compliance standards.
? Supporting junior kitchen staff and contributing to a positive team environment.
? Assisting with stock control, deliveries, ensure ingredients are stored, labelled, dated and rotated in line and waste reduction initiatives.
What We're Looking For:
? Previous experience as a Chef de Partie.
? Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene and allergen requirements.
? Excellent cooking skills across a variety of kitchen sections.
? Ability to work effectively under pressure whilst maintaining high standards.
? Strong organizational and communication skills.
? Passion for food, customer service and continuous development.
