The predicted salary is between 50000 - 55000 £ per year.

This stunning country house hotel has a 2AA rosette restaurant as well caters for numerous weddings and events.

What you will be doing:

  • Responsible for all aspects of the culinary operation from restaurant to events and functions
  • Managing the kitchen brigade ensuring procedures are followed and all food is of the highest standard
  • Involvement in all aspects of menu writing, ordering, organisation, prep and service
  • Innovate and develop menus inspiring your team as well as guests
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with all areas of the hotel

Working hours are 5 days out of 7 including weekends on a rota basis, 45 hours per week, which may vary depending on business needs.
