This luxury 5-star hotel based in the heart of Inverness offers an outstanding level of guest service, ensuring the highest service possible.
You will be THE ULTIMATE PEOPLE PERSON - passionate, enthusiastic and above all, keen to help guests have the best experience.
What you’ll be doing:
- Assisting with check-in and check-out
- Managing guest bookings for restaurant reservations and afternoon tea
- Advising guests of tours, entertainment, restaurants and booking these for them
- Managing the small team
- Responsible for maintaining high standards and ensuring guest satisfaction is exceeded
- Overseeing all financial areas including budget, P&L and forecasts
- Hands-on in all areas - this is not an office role
- Working hours are 5/7 days on a rota
What we are looking for:
- An Assistant General Manager, Duty Manager or Hotel General Manager
- A people person with an infectious personality and a natural love for customer service
- Experienced in working in a small luxury hotel environment (4/5 stars)
- Able to lead, manage and motivate a small team
- Extremely hands-on in all areas at all times
- Guest-focused with exceptional communication skills and attention to detail
- Flexible and willing with a positive, can-do attitude
