This stunning luxury hotel, set in the West Yorkshire countryside, has a rosette restaurant as well caters for numerous weddings and events.
What you will be doing:
Supporting the running of the kitchen and ensuring all food produced is of the high standard expected
Involvement in all aspects of menu writing, ordering, organisation, prep and service
Covering the Head Chef in their absence
Working 5 days out of 7 including weekends on a rota basis, 45 hours per week

Who we are looking for:
A passionate and experienced Sous Chef with a strong proven background ideally within a quality driven hotel, restaurant, or hospitality environment
A real team player
Someone genuinely passionate about exceptional food and ingredients -able to cook fresh ingredients and produce and treat with respect
Up to date knowledge about latest food trends and keen to discover the next big thing
An eye for detail and presentation
Flexible and willing with a positive, can do attitude and a real keenness to learn
