Our client is searching for a Hospitality focused Head Chef to take control of the kitchen at this corporate site in the City of London. Catering for a breakfast and lunch service as well as extensive hospitality, all food is freshly prepared and based on a seasonal modern menu.

As the Head Chef, you will be:

  • responsible for all food produced on site including hospitality and events
  • working alongside the General Manager to constantly evolve the food offer
  • planning menus for both staff dining and hospitality
  • leading and inspiring your team as well as motivating and developing
  • hands on in the kitchen

Working hours are Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week.

  • a Head Chef with a proven stable career history ideally with corporate B&I experience
  • hospitality focused

  • able to lead, manage and motivate a team as well as hands on
