Our client is looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Head Chef to lead the kitchen and create exciting modern and on trend food for every day dining as well as high profile hospitality/events.
As the Head Chef, you will be
* Leading a small team producing fresh seasonal food
* Creating a menu based on modern, on trend concepts such as street food
* Cooking for the busy staff dining as well as hospitality and high profile VIP events
* Working to create bespoke menus for VP events
* Helping to drive the business and food offer forward
Working hours are Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
What we are looking for:
* A strong Head Chef with a stable proven work history
* Passion for food, hospitality and customer service
* Up to date knowledge with food trends and ability to produce dishes that wow in terms of flavor, presentation and creativity
* A strong, stable background -modern B&I, private members club or high end bar/restaurant with events
* Financial awareness
* Enthusiasm, positivity and a friendly, can do approach
