The Food and Beverage staff is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests by serving food and beverages in a timely, courteous, and efficient manner. This role involves maintaining cleanliness, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and assisting in the overall operations of the dining area or food service outlet.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and promptly.
