Cocktail Bartender,SW1 London £34,500 Monday – Friday

We are currently looking to recruit an enthusiastic and motivated Cocktail Bartender to join our clients\’ team at this Private Members Club based in Central London.

Working within a 5* environment, you will be managing and working the bar area on your own, serving members a variety of drinks and cocktails as well as keeping the area clean and tidy.

Working hours are Monday to Friday 11.00 – 2.30pm and 5pm – 9.30pm (split shifts).

What we are looking for:

• Experience working a bar and dealing with customers
• Ideally a background within a Private Members Club, 4*/5* Hotel or a similar environment
• Able to make classic cocktails
• Ability to work on own using initiative
• Customer focus with exceptional attention to detail and presentation
• Strong communication skills and a professional manner
• Able to work under pressure remaining calm and efficient
• Flexibility with a positive, can do attitude
