Key Responsibilities
- Working as part of a professional kitchen team delivering high-quality food for events and functions.
- Preparing, cooking and presenting dishes to a consistently high standard.
- Supporting different sections of the kitchen as required.
- Maintaining excellent food quality, presentation and hygiene standards.
- Working efficiently during busy events and services.
- Supporting the Sous Chefs and wider kitchen team.
- Ensuring all preparation is completed to the required standard and within agreed timeframes.
The Ideal Candidate
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie in a hotel, events venue or high-end restaurant.
- Fine dining experience is essential.
- Strong events and banqueting experience is highly desirable.
- Excellent technical and organisational skills.
- Able to work calmly and efficiently under pressure.
- Passionate about food and maintaining high standards.
