Immediate Start - Chef de Partie - Hospitality & Fine Dining, London
Monday to Friday £33,500 paid overtime. This prestigious place has an extremely busy hospitality and fine dining department. The food produced here is of Michelin standard and ranges from working lunches to canapés, events and sit down formal dinners. All food is freshly prepared using seasonal ingredients and attention to detail and presentation is essential.
What you'll be doing:
- Working as part of a team within the fine dining and hospitality kitchen
- Cooking from fresh ingredients and produce
- Assisting with stock take and ordering
- Supporting with training commis chefs
Working hours are Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week with paid overtime (2-3 evenings per week).
