Chef de Partie - from £36,000 per annum
Sous Chef - from £45,000 per annum

We are currently recruiting for a Chef de Partie and Sous Chef to join a well-established and highly regarded events company, working across some of the most prestigious venues in London.

This is a fantastic opportunity for chefs who enjoy working in a high-quality events environment and want the opportunity to work across a variety of impressive London venues and events.

Chef de Partie - £36,000+

As a Chef de Partie, you will work as part of a talented kitchen team, preparing and producing high-quality food for a wide range of prestigious events.

Key responsibilities:

  • Preparing and cooking high-quality dishes to a consistently high standard
  • Working across different sections of the kitchen
  • Supporting the senior kitchen team during busy services
  • Ensuring excellent food presentation and quality
  • Maintaining high standards of food hygiene, health and safety
  • Working efficiently during large-scale events and busy service periods
  • Supporting the smooth running of the kitchen and maintaining a clean and organised workspace

The ideal Chef de Partie:

  • Previous experience as a Chef de Partie in a quality restaurant, hotel, events or contract catering environment
  • Good knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Able to work well under pressure
  • Reliable, organised and a good team player
  • Passionate about food and maintaining high standards

Sous Chef - £45,000+

We are also looking for an experienced Sous Chef to support the senior kitchen team and help deliver exceptional food across a variety of prestigious events and venues. xgikmsk

Key responsibilities:

  • Supporting the Head Chef with the day-to-day running of the kitchen
  • Leading and motivating the kitchen team during service
  • Preparing and producing high-quality food to excellent standards
  • Ensuring consistency across events and menus
  • Helping with food preparation, ordering and stock control
  • Maintaining excellent food hygiene and health & safety standards
  • Ensuring the kitchen operates efficiently during busy events
  • Supporting the Head Chef with menu preparation and kitchen organisation
