Join a welcoming Catering team in an exciting supervisory role! We're looking for an experienced supervisor to help deliver excellent service to students, Fellows, and staff during term time, as well as manage catering for a busy conference season.
In this position, you will be working closely with the Front of House Manager, overseeing meal service, ensuring standards are met, and organizing staff on shift to keep operations running smoothly.
What we're looking for:
- Proven food service experience
- Minimum of 6 months' supervisory experience
- Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly, approachable manner
- Good spoken English for effective communication
- Ability to organise and motivate a team
