This stunning country house hotel has a 2AA rosette restaurant as well caters for numerous weddings and events.
What you will be doing:
- Responsible for all aspects of the culinary operation from restaurant to events and functions
- Managing the kitchen brigade ensuring procedures are followed and all food is of the highest standard
- Involvement in all aspects of menu writing, ordering, organisation, prep and service
- Innovate and develop menus inspiring your team as well as guests
- Build and maintain strong relationships with all areas of the hotel
Working hours are 5 days out of 7 including weekends on a rota basis, 45 hours per week, which may vary depending on business needs.
