Senior Chef de Partie - Central London
Salary: Up to £44,000 per annum or £18 per hour
Hours: 48 hours per week

We are currently looking for an experienced Senior Chef de Partie to join a growing and ambitious Mediterranean restaurant in Central London.
This is a great opportunity for a chef who enjoys working with good-quality food and is ready to take on a bigger challenge within a professional and busy kitchen.

The Role:
- Working with fresh, high-quality Mediterranean ingredients
- Supporting the senior kitchen team during busy services
- Maintaining high standards of food quality, preparation and presentation
- Helping to train and support junior chefs
- Ensuring excellent kitchen hygiene and food safety standards
- Working as part of a professional and motivated brigade
The Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or Senior Chef de Partie
- Good-quality restaurant experience is essential
- Strong cooking skills and good knowledge of fresh ingredients
- Able to work well under pressure in a busy service
- Reliable, hardworking and passionate about food
- Looking for a long-term opportunity with career progression
